The desktop version of YACReader enables users to fetch the descriptive information tags from the ComicVine database. Once fetched by the desktop version, these tags can be used within the local installation of the desktop version and furthermore within the iPad version of YACReader. After having fetched the tags, they can be displayed, accessed and edited by the user interface of both versions of YACReader.
All these informative tags from ComicVine's database are being displayed correctly in the corresponding fields of the desktop version of YACReader as intended, but some of these fields are evidently suddenly empty within the iPad version.
An example would be the tag field "Synopsis". Using the desktop version, this and some other tag fields describing a comic book are filled with information, but using the iPad version this exact field "Synopsis" is empty, while the other fields are filled with the same information shown within the desktop version.
In a nutshell: The display of ComicVine's tags is not consistent within the desktop version and the iPad version of YACReader. All of the tags fetched from ComicVine's database are correctly displayed within the desktop version, but some of them evidently do not show any information within the iPad version -just an empty tag field is displayed.
