Hi,

I am using the 9.0 release candidate 64 bit version with Windows 10 version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192)
Also the library I am using was created with 9.0 release candidate on a different PC (not windows 10) and runs correctly there.

Left clicking selects the comic ok but when I right click on a comic cover in the right view pane, even if I do not do anything else the program just crashes. The context menu opens ok but again the program will crash if I click on any of the submenues. I tried running as administer but no difference (crashes).

selmf Offline Developer Posts: 631 Thank you received: 135 Karma: 18	I suspect this could be a bug in the QML backend (that's what powers the library interface). Luis, we might need a build with Qt 5.9.4 to give this a test.

selmf Offline Developer Posts: 631 Thank you received: 135 Karma: 18	Yes. You just have to accept that all software has a certain amount of bugs. Perfect releases don't exist. Leave a few bugs for Yacreader 9.0.1+. Luis, since you're probably pretty busy right now I will try if I can verify this bug on my Windows 10 VM. If Qt 5.9.4 solves the issue we can release a version with that for Windows 10 users. The rest gets the well-rested 5.9.1 build.

I have tested this both with an old beta and with the current 64bit version of RC1, no crashes.

Kw2p, before I try anything else, could you check the following things?

- Does this also happen with a fresh library that was created on Windows 10?
- Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed? If not, does it work after a driver update?

If the problem persists I will need more info on your graphics setup and the problematic library and the system it was created to narrow it down.

Hi,
I created a fresh new library on a PC with Microsoft Windows Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192) &
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Graphic card.
The same problem exists (crashes) using this clean library.

I then updated my own pc running NVIDIA GT 620 drivers to the latest version. Sorry, still program crashes.

I am able to use the libraries on other pcs running windows 10 or windows 7 - but jut not on my own windows 10 pc. Let me know if you want my graphics settings, etc.
