The whole remote browser is being overhauled, it will have infinite scroll so no pages + a better index access. Searching/filtering will probably come after the first release, it is something already planned.

And yes, you can use YACReaderLibrary as a fronted, just mount your comics folder in your desktop computer and open that folder with YACReaderLibrary (left navigation bar, the icon next to + in the libraries header)

I've added that line to the ini file but page load time did not decrease.
