On the Mac YacReader Library, I have tagged all my comics using the vine scrapper and my comics have the synopsis/plot fields that contain info.

When I import those comics to Yac Reader on iPhone, it imports most of the metadata like colorist, publisher, writers,characters etc... but the synopsis and Title are not...

please advise

The title is used in iOS for sorting, so it is not imported intentionally. It is something I have to fix in future releases.

I will look into the synopsis.

Might I suggest using the "issue number" field (if available in the metadata) for sorting comics in the iOS version... similar to how it works on the mac library app?

I can understand that if that field is empty, it would be hard to sort.. maybe in that instance, app could read the filename field as it currently does.

Also, I have to clarify that in iOS, the title field seems to input the filename as shown in macOS Finder (example.cbr) of the comic instead of the true Title of the comic.

Yes, that is exactly what it is happening, it uses the filename, and the future behaviour will be as you say.
