The current development version is pretty much frozen waiting for the next release. So new features implementation have to wait until 9.0 final release.

BTW, what kind of problems did you had importing comics into your iOS device?

Sorry for the old reply but I wanted to say I would really like this feature as well. Currently the grid cuts off the issue number on some of the titles I have and it would be nice to have the full cover in the thumbnail instead of having the edges cut off. Thanks!

I too would love for the full comic thumbnail to be shown in the grid view, rather than a standardised cropped version. Many comics are different shapes and sizes and so often the cropped version doesn't look right.

no, I know that a fixed aspect ratio is suboptimal but I never find time to tackle this, so many things to do…

the grid view uses qml, in case someone is interested in taking a look
