Nope, nothing has changed. Are there any logfiles?

You can find the log files here:
/Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/YACReader/YACReaderLibrary/

Let me know if you find anything useful there.

I couldn't replicate you issue so far.

Hi Luis,

2- It does not bounce back when arriving past the last comic.

3- Had never noticed the little button before.. now that you have mentioned it, I found it and it is exactly what I wanted.. thanks for pointing it out.. maybe changing the icon into a circled "i" for Info.. and also making it black instead of grey because currently it is grey so almost disappears with the window frame. also placing it near all the other toggles in the bottom would be a good place.. I checked each of them when looking for it and never thought of looking on the opposite side.

Thanks again for your support! will await next release to test out the QR code fix.

I'd like to upgrade the LibraryServer on my NAS since the library version has changed so I can test the Mac library app and the library server app at the same time. I suspect that your latest code isn't available on bitbucket like 8.5.0 so the docker auto-build procedure won't build the development version.

The code is available in the "develop" branch on bitbucket.
My answers are not necessarily official YACReader statements but mostly represent my own opinion in technical matters.

Is there any reason opening .7zip wouldn't work on the dev version for Mac? I was thinking of re-compressing to a higher compression rate with 7zip but its not opening in the dev version. It opens in 8.5 so I don't think its my archive software.

Yes. The development version uses a different decompression engine which has only very limited support for 7z, so we disabled it. CB7 comics are really rare so this isn't an issue for 99% of our users and the benefits of the new engine should outweight the drawbacks. We will reenable 7z support when it becomes usable.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to make sure I didn't screw something up or that it was known if it was a bug.

"It's not a bug, it's a feature."

Technically it's not a new engine but a port of the engine we've been using on Linux for quite some time now. We used to ship the Mac and Windows version with an embedded version of 7zip, but that code hasn't aged well and has known issues. It's also hard to maintain and has a lot of features we do not need, so getting rid of it makes our lifes as developpers a bit easier ;)
