I will take a look to se what is the problem with symlinks, but if you put both apps in the Applications folder then it will work

I installed YACReader and YACReaderLibrary (9.8.2) on my Mac (MacOS Monterey 12.1) today, and I can't open Reader from Library. I get the “YACReader not found. […]” error message. And both apps are installed in the same location (HD > Applications > Tools > YACReader).

I deleted both apps using AppCleaner, rebooted my Mac, and then re-installed both apps in the same location. The result is the same: “YACReader not found. […]”

How or where can I let Library know where Reader is?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
