`8080` is a port used too often for different apps and this causes conflicts.

Syncthing, on same situation, changed its port to `ST` in ASCII values: `8384`.

Couldn't YACReader use the same idea and change the port to `8982`, which is `YR` converted to ASCII numbers? Or something like this...
The administrator has disabled public write access.

YACReader tries to use a different port if any process is already listening in the port 8080. Changing the port in the server dialog is not a big deal.
