Hi,

unfortunately, the iPad app (latest iOS) won't display my library (Win 10). Things I have tried/checked:

- changing ports
- reset wifi
- checking via ipad browser (library accessible there)

Nothing works :(

Thanks a lot in advance,

Mark

What is the exact problem? If you see the content from your iPad's browser I don’t see any reason that could cause troubles from the app.

Do you see any error messages?

Thanks for your fast reply, Luis.

No error messages, the app library screen just stays blank after connection.

So you see the "Libraries" screen, with your library title there? Or the title of the library doesn't show up?

Did you tried tapping on the title of your library? It is not the first time a user misses how the navigation works.

First screen you see is a screen with a list of libraries, if you only have one, then you'll see a big "Libraries" title, and below the name of your library. Then, when you tap the library you want you have access to the contents of the library.

It took me a few minutes to figure that out as well... I think if library name looked like a button or box... something you should press, instead of just text, it would lead people in the right direction.

It is more evident when you have more than one library.

Maybe the app should go to the library content automatically when there is only one.

That's actually the perfect solution... good idea.
