HI,

Would it be possible to add a splash screen on app open? At the moment when the app opens the library will pop into view as it loads. Its a very small thing but it's always bothered me. Also would it be possible to have an option to always show the search bar in the library, on very large comic collectiosns you need to scroll all the way to the top before you can search.

Apple UI/UX discourages splash screens, that UI placeholder is supposed to be the recommended way of doing it...

The idea is to feel that the app loads faster iirc.

You mean visible even while you scroll? The scroll position will probably be lost after searching and clearing the filter. Taping in the iOS status bar scrolls any scroll view to the top automatically, in case the problem is the hassle of scrolling back swiping in the screen.

Thanks, i just read up on how Apple recommend you open your app and i understand more now but would it then be possible to make the colours of the launch screen match that of the library screen, so that there is not a "pop" when the libarary is loaded. At the moment the grey is lighter on start and then when the ui is fully loaded gets darker. This is such a stupid thing but once i saw it, every time i open the app it bugs me.

I have an iPad for nearly 7 years and i never knew tapping the top of the screen would bring you back to the top haha.

Earthborn Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 2 Karma: 0	Hi, I'm having trouble rendering webtoon-style comics (very long strips). Essentially, they are compressed too much to read on the ipad reader. Works fine on the desktop though. Are there plans to add support for a webtoon mode of some kind in the future?
