I have been having the same issue for some time, maybe it is related to Win10, I can't say for sure.

I used the method described by Grizzly, modifying the YACReader.ini file in the AppData folder, and it works pretty well now in FullScreen mode. I had also tried unchecking the "Use hardware acceleration" in the library Options but it didn't help.

Since it was a while ago and some windows/nvidia updates have come i did test the yacreader i had installed (wich was 8,50 opengl).
And with USE_OPEN_GL set to 2 it is as before.
Sloooooooooow that is!

And when i did check if i had the latest yacreader i did see the (angle) version so uninstalled my opengl one and tried angle which seemed to work ok.
Uninstalled angle and tried the dev release you linked and that one worked fine with USE_OPEN_GL set to 2.
So it seems fixed.

I have only tried a couple off files yet since i was about to go to bed when i did a quick mail check and saw this.
So there may be some that do not work but i would guess that all will.

Anyway off to bed! will test some when i´m risen from the dead again
