CuriousGamer Offline Junior Boarder Posts: 24 Karma: -1	Updated to 9.5.0 yesterday, updated my entire library to make sure its compatible but now if I make a change to the files and run another update it adds every single file and not what's new. If all I want to do is add or remove a few files it takes ages to complete.

Running on Windows with library on network drive with full access.
In the previous version if I ran update it would check the files quickly the bar at the bottom "Some of the comics being added" would show some those being added to the library and those files are those which I had moved, renamed or added to the folder. The files it is meant to amend the library with.
Now the bar at the bottom shows most of my entire collection and it is scanning and appears to be adding everything to library again. It looks like it's doing a full scan rather than looking for what has changed since last time.
It doesn't look like anything is being duplicated in the library itself just replaced.

This is what I've discovered in the last 3 hours.

It was updating much faster than a full from scratch update, a full update takes almost 3 hours and a subsequent update with no changes made to the folder takes less than 20 minutes.
On the previous version updates with nothing changed took less than a minute, even adding a hundred files only took a few minutes.

Permissions shouldn't be an issue but just the sake of being sure once the library had been created I checked them and I got

-rwxrw-rw- 1 nobody nogroup 8769536 Jul  1 12:21 library.ydb

Then I ran a chmod 777 on the folder and it turned into

-rwxrwxrwx 1 nobody nogroup 8769536 Jul  1 12:21 library.ydb

I've restored the old library as it had all my reading progress and nothing changed.
