There is a limit for the comic vine tagging. I have a serie of 380 comics and there is no way to complete that one. When I select all comics and wants to tag them, it will stop at 250. I can then select the remaining ones after some time (when the API count is reset) but you can not get them in line with the given comics (because on the right side you can not remove the first 250 entries which were already done)

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Luis Ángel Offline Administrator Posts: 2625 Thank you received: 544 Karma: 14	I can't do anything about the API limit, that's Comic Vine related. If you select the remaining issues, then you should be able to move them to the right index position in order to get the information from the Comic Vine dialog. Select all the issues you want to move and then use the little arrows in the bottom right part of the dialog.

Zevras Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 5 Karma: 0	Is there a less painful way to move them down? Doing them in batches is annoying, but it is what it is. Having to click the down arrow repeatedly is NOT good though. I'm trying to tag my 2000AD collection which is 2100+ issues in one series.

A bigger issue I'm running into is that the tagger doesn't commit changes incrementally....so if you hate rate limiting part way through you lose whatever it did manage to pull. A suggestion I would make is to have an optional "offset" box. So for instance if you set an offset of 100 it would move all the issues down 100 lines.

Zevras Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 5 Karma: 0	Dragging just deselects. What's be awesome would be an input box that would offset by a user-enterable number of rows. So like if you're tagging a group of comics starting with issue #558 you'd enter 558 in the box and hopefully everything would line up
