I can sync my progress from the IOS reader to my windows one however im not sure if i can sync progress from my windows reader to my IOS reader, is this possible?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Yes, using the sync feature in the ios app will sync bidirectionally.

Does the progress sync happen every time you import a file or browse the server from ios, or only when you press the sync button?

When you press the sync button, I want to automate the process and add an option to send the progress at certain moments.
