I got some help from a user over Discord and he says he could use the image without troubles on a Synology NAS.

The only changes to the example config he's using are paths, port and PUID/PGID, here is the feedback I got:
Code:
i use a limited user in the user group to run the image and own the share and can access with my user if you run 'id {username}' on the command line it will give you the userid and groupid you need to use id dockerlimiteduser uid=1030(dockerlimiteduser) gid=100(users) groups=100(users) other than paths, port and PUID/PGID used my docker config matches the one on your page

Network is in bridge mode.

Also, is /Comics a network share mounted in your NAS? if it is SMB you need to mount it with the nobrl option.

Support YACReader

YACReader for desktop and server is free to use, but it is not free to develop: maintaining this website, developer programs, code signing certificates, test devices and, of course, all the time it takes. Less than 0.01% of downloads end in a donation, so any amount counts.

By supporting the project you help keep it regularly updated and, most importantly, alive. Thanks!
