Connect to your NAS using SSH and use id, id username, that should give you de values for your user

Luis, my hero!
I had copied and renamed my out-of-the-box admin account for security reasons. The root UID seems to be 0 by default. With PUID=0, everything works now.

Since several users in this forum have/had the problem with the empty database, I hope this post helps everyone else as well.
