How to have only one instance of the reader?

I have 2 monitors, i usually put comic library in 1st monitor and read the comics in 2nd monitor, so i can quickly open and read and manage different comics.

Now each time that i open a comic in library, the reader opens in the same monitor that library is in. so how i can fix this?
