Show the cover by itself when in double page view

I'm hoping that maybe a feature could be implemented would account for the cover when reading in double page view. Currently if you are for example reading a comic that is a cover to cover rip the cover and the inside cover will display together which will leave splash pages that aren't properly joined showing on different pages where if the cover displayed by itself and then the double pages started after than this would be accounted for.

This is exactly what I came her to ask for. An option to include the cover in the 2-up view or not.
