Yes it's 1920px (don't have its dpi).
CDIsplayEX offers an option tu adjust the Lanczos quality. I've put that to the minimum.
(btw it's a nice option

)

The workaround i've found for YacReader is to change Windows HiDPI settings as attached.
This way the images are rendered properly.

I've attached an example of YadReader with thise settings ON (top image) and OFF (bottom)
