Is the rest of the UI properly scaled? I am assuming it is and the problem lies in the page rendering, am I right?

Atached is a screenshot of the UI icons.
it's not 100% proper but i suppose its because the icons are images and not svg.
But it's not a real problem, we can live with it as is.
The major issue lies in the rendering indeed.

Yes, icons resolution is a different problem, I am waiting for this to get fixed to migrate all the images used in the apps to SVG: bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-96553

Install this version please: github.com/YACReader/yacreader-dev-build...es/tag/9.8.2.2201151

Open a comic.

And the go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\YACReader\YACReader open yacreader.log file and look for lines containing the following message:
Device pixel ratio used while rendering:

Let me know what number follows that text.
