LOL, for some reason all my folder were marked as read only. Now they delete correctly but I still get duplicate covers.

I will add some error messages when a delete fails

The duplicates issue is already fixed.

It seems the import function of the iPad app is not working correctly; sometimes it succeeds in importing a comic, but most of the times the iPad stays at "importing" without ever really importing the requested comic.

What version are you using? MacOSX or Windows?
