When you create the library in batches, do you restart YACReaderLibrary between batches? If it is a leak in the app, this should solve the problem and let you complete your library. If it breaks at 14000 and you have 18000, do it in two batches, you can even try to restart your computer before starting with the second batch.

Were your other libraries created ok? How many comics do you have in them?
